Digital Walking Dead

Image comics have taken a big step by releasing The Walking Dead comic digitally in the same week as it is published.

Issue 77 was released this week and has been made available for the same price on both the Image Comics and ComiXology applications.

"As of yesterday, The Walking Dead was released the same time as print," David Steinberger from ComiXology explained. "I expect it's going to be that way ongoing."

The Walking Dead has held a strong position in the digital comics realm, with every issue of the series published so far being made available to download.

Issue #80 Posters

Issue #76

Issue #76 will be released on the 11th of August.

In this issue we'll get to see how Rick is dealt with after he lost his cool and attacked a member of the community, who Rick accussed of beating his own wife & son.

Rick then threatened Douglas, leader of the community who was just trying to calm the situation down.

Issue #75

At the San Diego Comic Con this year a special cover of Issue #75 is going to be available.



Issue 75 will be 40 pages long and will also feature a special short story that will be in full colour which is a first for the series.

Also Robert Kirkman has stated that this issue will include a big turning point in the story and will also conclude the current story arc.
